Hi middle-angel,
Thanks for you comment. Guess why that story after years came back into my mind. :-)
I have a new hobby, the stock market. Well, ...
It's so much about trying to predict the future. And some observations how prices behave are really, really strange.

Was man mit Schwarzrettich noch anfangen kann? Einen Salat zaubern:
Rettich raspeln, mit etwas Salz, Pfeffer und viel Zitronensaft würzen, dann saure Sahne untermischen. Eine halbe Stunde ziehen lassen.

It is an interesting story!
In Japan we have a similar lottery that requires selecting 6 numbers out of 42 lotteries. Whenever I feel like, I buy a lottery ticket and my selection of the 6 numbers is always same, relating my and my family's birthday.
So far I once won some money by having chosen 4 right numbers out of 6.
I don't believe in miracles, either. (Wry smile)

Hi middle-angel,
Thank you for your sentiments. Some events just hit a spot and thereby amplify or express ones inner state. It is a somehow a wonderful life we spend and yes, it is short and I sometime feel that I am not careful enough with my time.

You have my heartfelt sympathy.
"Life is short." Yes, indeed. The longer I live, the stronger I feel so.
I sometimes wonder how much time is left for me.

Hi middle-angel,
That's very nice of you to stop by. I have some anti-spam thing in minde. I thought of a little image with some numbers on it. :)) Yes, that's nothing new, but instead of plain numbers I thought of taking photos of dices. So it might be that in the future you would have to count the dots on the dices and type that number (not the sum) into an extra field. Well... I really hope I will find the time soon. But at the moment (it's getting a very long moment), well actually in November my schedule might be a bit less crowded. Until then I will keep deleting spam. And I'm happy that I already have an Outlook rule for the notifications that come from your comments, so they won't be accidentally deleted.

I think the local homeless people or wellfare recipients put the bottles there. Most of the time they live in the street, sitting there talking.
